Nature-based Games Practitioner Day

Come and play games all day! Marina will bring a rucksack of games for nature connection, teambuilding, sensory immersion, drama, nature awareness, and stalking – to bring us closer to animals, plants, trees and the land.  All the while there will be the chance to develop your outdoor practice through this invisible and fun learning approach.

Learn games to share with your group and get a fresh injection of fun for the year. Be ready to feel joy and be inspired!

Nature Games

Play is about ‘becoming’, rather than about learning facts, and is essential to our learning and development. Play, or lack of it, can define who we we are as people. Children who have good play experiences have treated choices in life, as “play lays the foundations for all later forms of intelligence” (Pearce 2012).
