Nature Retreat in the Sussex Countryside
Spend the day resting, renewing and reconnecting with yourself at our nature day retreat in the heart of the Sussex countryside.
Unplug from the busyness of everyday life and feel the full nourishment of spending a day of deep nature connection in our beautiful ancient woodland.
Fully immerse yourself into the summer season, with simple craft and ritual, time alone and mindfulness practices.
The day will include a delicious, hearty, locally produced lunch such as hearty soups, salads, fruit, bliss balls, chocolate cake and foraged teas.
