Helen Stringfellow

Helen has twenty four years experience working with children aged 7-16yrs, both in and outside the educational setting. Since 2011, she has led the forest school at a local junior school, enabling child centred learning and exploratory play to become an integrated and essential part of the curriculum.

She has extensive experience sharing forest school and nature connection with families, children and young people with a wide range of abilities and additional needs. These in-clude working with children and young people who are on the autistic spectrum , the vis-ually impaired and blind community, as well as young people who are challenged in the school setting.

Helen is passionate about enabling access to nature connection for all, regardless of age or ability. She is keen to share the joy, wonder and freedom of nature and the many bene-fits it has to offer.
